An allocation of $150,000 was made available early in 1935 from the appropriation of 13.300.000,000 fcr National Industria~ Recovery contained in the appropriation act of June 16, 1933, 48 Stat" 275, for "an investigation and rAport on the proposed Grand Lake-Big Thompson Transmountain Project which, will divett water from the basin of the Colorado River to the basin of the South Platte RiveF in Colorado." 1. 1st Appropriation _ Act of August 9, 1937 (50 Stat., 564), "The following SUlllS' are appropriated out of the spec'ial fund in the Treasury of the United States created by the Act of June 17, 1902 (U. S. C., title 43, secs,. 391. 41111). and therein designated Ithe reclamation fundI to be available immediately:" "Colorado_Big Thompson Project, Colorado: Fozr construction in accordance with the plan described in Senate Document Numbered 80, Seventy_fifth Congress, $900,000: Provided.
