When <br />additional money became available the District decided to include <br />field drains in the scope of the project and approximately 50 vere <br />installed by the conttactor, as vere six additional vehicle crosding <br />structures. <br /> <br />3. Costs <br /> <br />Costs are shown by item and by location on the next three pages. It <br />is difficult to assign a value to the time, energy and effort spent <br />by members of the Board of Directors. Three members, Robert C. Taylor, <br />Dale Sovards and Kelly Sowards, vere appointed as a committee to <br />handle urgent items of business which came up between regular meetings <br />of the Board of Directors, and much demand vas made on their time, <br />particularly. <br /> <br />Legal, administrative and engineering costs are approximate as other <br />studies, projects and functions were being carried on concurrently <br />and a distinct division between projects is impossible to make.
