Fleming Company

October 27, 1977

GENERAL

The 1974 and 1975 CORSIM I I computer simulation studies of water

supplies available to the Colorado River Water Conservation

District's proposed Rangely Project utilized a model of the White

River basin prepared by The David E. Fleming Company. The model

was based upon the reasonable level of future development

envisaged by th~ Company and :he District with certain modifications

requested by representatives of Burns ~ McDonnel I, engineers for fhe

Moon Lake Electric Association. This future river basin model did

not operate all of the water rights which are senior in priority t~

the Range I y Project ri ghts. The purpose of th i s report is to

evaluate the potential reduction in yield of the Rangely Project if

these rights were to be placed in operation.

Fol lowing is a listing of al I of the water rights in the White River

basin which are known to US to be senior to the Rangely Project and

.'
, .'

0258'~
