<br />. TASK IIIa-ll <br /> <br />Phase IlIa Project Management and Cooroination <br /> <br />Objective: To establish communication among State, RTi, and Boyle team members. To promote <br />communications among the team members in order to resolve technical issues before they become <br />major problems, To track work accomplished, to maintain budget and schedule, and to report <br />regularly the status of work activities. <br /> <br />Task Leader: Jerry Kenny (Boyle) for Boyle Group <br />Doug Greer (RTi) for RTi Group <br /> <br />Task 11.01 <br /> <br />Progress Reporting <br /> <br />Objective: To track funds expended and progress made for comparison against allocated budget and <br />schedule. This information will be used to guide the project in accordance with the scope, <br />detennine if a change order to scope and/or budget is needed and desired by the State, meet or revise <br />schedules, and proactively resolve problems as they arise. Progress reports, similar in fonnat to <br />those used in Year 2 will be used to track Year 3 activities and to report the status of Tasks, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approach: <br />1. Boyle: Develop progress report fonnat. The State will review the fonnat for consistency with <br />overall project purposes and provide written comments, Boyle will then finalize the progress report <br />format. These reports will include for each Task: the Task number, a brief description of the Task <br />activity, the status of the work product(s), and percent complete, A task summary will be prepared <br />that will include significant successes, areas of concern, and budget and invoice status infonnation, <br /> <br />2. Boyle: Prepare monthly progress reports to support monthly invoices for Year 3 activities that <br />include line-item activities for every Task for each of the following 8 work tasks: <br />. Task 1 - Boyle Group Initialization, Familiarization <br />. Task 3 - Yampa River Basin WRPM Enhancement <br />. Task 4 - Upper Colorado River Basin WRPM Enhancement <br />. Task 5 - Gunnison River Basin WRPM Enhancement <br />. Task 6 - San Juan/Dolores River Basin WRPM Enhancement <br />. Task 9 - Linkage ofIndividual Basin Models into a West Slope Model <br />. Task 10 - Application of the Gunnison River WRPM <br />. Task II - Boyle Group Project management <br />These reports will be prepared monthly. A copy of the report will be given to the State at <br />least one day before the coordination meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the month. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. RTi: Prepare monthly progress reports for Year 3 activities that include line-item activities for <br />every Task for each of the following 4 work tasks: <br />. Task 2 - RTi Water Resource Group activities in White River Basin enhancement. <br />. Task 7 - Software Development to Support WRPM enhancements, <br />. Task 8 - Database Development <br />.
