This data set will <br />be available to future users who want to investigate the impact of new water rights or operations on the <br />basin by executing paired StateMod runs representing conditions before and after the contemplated <br />change, <br /> <br />Assumption: A baseline data set for the Phase II model will already be available. This task involves <br />updating the baseline demand (*B.ddm) and baseline reservoir target file (*B.tar) to reflect the Phase <br />IlIa enhancements. It is expected that no new operational or administrative changes will need to be <br />addressed in the Yampa basin, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approach: '/ <br />I. Boyle: Revise the command files and rerun the DMI/dcmandd to include Phase IIIa enhancements <br />, <br />in the baseline demand file (*B.ddm). <br />2, Boyle: Revise the reservoir baseline target file (*B.tar), response file (*.rsp), control file (*ctl) and <br />operation right file (* .opr) to include Phase IIIa enhancements. <br />3, Boyle: Task Memorandum 3.15 containing approxi!l1ately 2 pages of text describing the results 0 <br />this Task, <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />I. Boyle: Baseline demand file. <br />2, Boyle: Baseline target, response, control and operation files. <br />3. Boyle: Task Memorandum 3.15 describing the results of this Task. <br /> <br />Task 3.16 <br /> <br />Documentation <br /> <br />Objective: Prepare a final engineering report in hard copy, which, when approved, will be loaded onto <br />the CRDSS system for On-Line access. <br /> <br />Assumption: The final engineering report will include an Appendix which contains the Task <br />Memoranda submitted under earlier tasks. On-Line presentation of engineering notes is not required. <br />The Phase II data preparation chapter (section 4) will be revised to reflect the Phase IlIa enhancements, <br />The calibration section of the final report will be revised to reflect the Phase IlIa calibration.
