Level I ($400,000) is <br />considered to be a minimum effort that would essentially provide for a <br />review of previous reports only with little or no new work including <br />minimum involvement in plan formulation activities. Level 2 ($545,000) <br />would include an in-depth reviel' of previous reports, considerable <br />refinements in the engineering studies, energy requirements and the <br />collection of very broad field reconnaissance level environmental data. <br />Level 3 ($775,000) studies would expand on Level 2 in terms of engineering <br />and environmental detail. Attachment No. 3 is a conceptual study schedule <br />for Corps involvement in the High Plains Study.
