<br />The Thursday, January 23 General Session features Keynote
<br />Speaker Hubert 1. Farbes. Jr,. President of the Denver Water Board,
<br />The other two speakers are (Invited) Attorney General Gail Norton;
<br />and Tom Dormelly, Executive Vice President, National Water
<br />Resources Association, Washington. D.C. Concurrent workshops
<br />will be held in the morning on environmental issues. hazardous
<br />waste, engineering and management developments. and wetlands.
<br />Luncheon Speaker will be John Sayre, Assistant Secretary of
<br />Interior for Water and Science, Washington, D.C.

<br />In the afternoon a panel moderated by Ken Salazar. will address
<br />the subject of "DNR's Priorities in Water." Salazar is Executive
<br />Director, Colorado Department of Natural Resources, Four
<br />concurrent workshops are scheduled in the afternoon on water
<br />conservation. legal ethics, engineering and management
<br />developments, and status of the Clean Water Act
<br />
<br />Friday's program includes a legislative breakfast with six legislators
<br />addressing the delegates, Morning concurrent workshops will
<br />feature the Colorado Water Resources Research Institute.

<br />speakers addressing Lower Basin Issues, The Wayne N. Aspinall

<br />aspects of reclamation. A panel discussion will address issues

<br />dealing with national park issues, some controversial. will be given
<br />by Lorraine Mintzmyer, the National Park Service's Mid-Atlantic

<br />their recent signing of a cooperative agreement to cosponsor the
<br />1992 Western Regional Inslream Flow Conference II, The theme
<br />of the conferen~ will be 'Tools and Slrategies for the Enhancement
<br />and Maintenance of Inslream Flow," The lWo-day conference will
<br />be held in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on October 2,3, 1992, Further
