Preliminary Proposed Alternative: Fine-tune one of the three alternatives <br />developed previously into a preliminary proposed alternative. Provide to the State and <br />Advisory Cormnittee for cormnent. <br />2. Draft Proposed Alternative Section: Include State and Advisory Committee <br />cormnents into a draft Proposed Alternative Section. Develop a Sc<!pe of Work to <br />develop the proposed alternative with a level of detail that is similar to this scope and <br />adequate to provide an accurate cost estimate. Develop a cost estimate that includes <br />consideration of contractor fees, hardware and software needs and State management . <br />costs. Develop a schedule that includes a phased development with key milestones. <br />3. Fiual Proposed Alternative Sectiou: Include State and Advisory Committee <br />comments into a final Proposed Alternative Section. <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br />1. Draft Report: Review and consolidate the previous Task de1iverab1es into a Draft <br />SPDSS Feasibility Report. Incorporate detailed information required for project <br />backup into appendices.
