Well and Svstem Condition

A.ll of the irrigation wells were drilled ill the 1969-1972 time period using 16-inch
diameter steel casing and well screen. It is expected that thc ,,'ells will nccd to be replaced to
maximize their efficiency due to normal encrustan<;e and screen plugging over the past 25 to 28
vears, and to meet current design standards for irrig"tion and commercial wells.

Well II is located just off 1he applicant's )Jroperl)' to the south, on property owned by
Smith Cank Company (a party to tlle settlement).
