<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />fishery experts. is critical. Therefore. the Contractor will <br />be required to notify the CWCB immediately upon any changes or <br />replacements of project personnel specified above assigned to <br />this study Hither by the Contractor or any of the <br />subcontractors. <br /> <br />The CWCB may. at its discretion. terminate this contract if <br />it determines that a change in personnel specified above will <br />compromise the integrity and timely accomplishment of this <br />study. <br /> <br />13. The Contractor shall not commence work under this <br />contract until it shall have obtained all insurance required <br />under this paragraph and such insurance shall have been <br />approved by the State, nor shall the Contractor allow any <br />subcontractor to commence work on its subcontract until all <br />insurance required of the subcontractor shall have been so <br />obtained and approved. The minimum insurance required of the <br />Contractor shall include: <br /> <br />A. Workers' Compensation Insuzance - The Contractor and <br />each subcontractor or consultant shall comply with the <br />Workmen's Compensation Act of Colorado (Articles 40 through <br />54. Title 8. CRS). if applicable. or provide employer's <br />liability insurance for parties not covered by Colorado law. <br /> <br />B. Liability Insurance - The Contractor and each <br />subcontractor or consultant shall maintain in effect. <br />professional liability. compr0.he~sive general liability <br />(bodily injury and property damage). and comprehensive <br />automobile liability (bodily injury and property damage) <br />insurance with respect to employees and vehicles of the <br />Contractor assigned to the prosecution of work under this <br />contract. <br /> <br />Required limits of coverage for the Consultant's insurance <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />Professional liability insurance -- professional liability <br />and errors and omissions insurance policy covering the <br />Consultant's Scope of Services in the amount not less than <br />One Million Dollars ($1.000.000) per claim and in the <br />aggregate with a deductible of not more than Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($50.000). <br /> <br />Commercial general public liability and property damage <br />insurance -- a minimum combined single limit amount of Two <br />Million Dollars ($2.000.000) for death or bodily injury and <br />for injury or damage to property for each occurrence. <br /> <br />Comprehensive automobile liability insurance -- protecting <br />Consultant from claims for damages for bodily injury. <br />including wrongful death. as well as from claims for <br />property damage. which may arise from the ownership, use or <br /> <br />Page ~ of ~ pages <br />
