<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />gathered, generated. or otherwise produced by the Contractor <br />and its consultants and subcontractors nuring the performance <br />of this contract shall become the property of the State and <br />shall be delivered to the State by the Contractor, at its <br />expense. upon demand at any time prior to or no later than 30 <br />days after the termination of this contract. One or more <br />copies of all documents prepared under this contract may be <br />retained by the Contractor. Authorization from the State is <br />required before any information, data or conclusions obtained <br />through this study are released to any outRide party by the <br />Contractor or its subcontractors. <br /> <br />17. The State will assist the Contractor in gaining access <br />to relevant data and information. The Contractor will be <br />responsible for Obtaining and collecting all data from these <br />sources. <br /> <br />For rights of entry to private lands, the State will <br />provide a letter to the Contractor explaining the purpose of <br />the project and need for entry to the various properties. The <br />Contractor will be responsible for contacting landowners and <br />making the necessary arrangements for site visits. <br /> <br />18. Tf any part of this contract. including. but not <br />limited to. any exhibit. provision. paragraph, clause, phrase <br />or words. is found to be in conflict with applicable laws. such <br />part shall be inoperative. null and void insofar as it is in <br />conflict with said laws. but the remainder of the contract <br />shall be given full force and effect. <br /> <br />19. All notices. directives and approvalR relating to this <br />contract shall be in written form delivered in person or by <br />Registered or Certified United States Mail. postage prepaid. to <br />the Contractor or to the State to the attention of the <br />respective project manager at the last business address of the <br />principal office of the addressee known to the sender. <br /> <br />20. At all times during the performance of this contract, <br />the Contractor shall strictly adhere to all applicable federal <br />and state and local laws that have been or may hereafter be <br />established. <br /> <br />21. This agreement is intended as the complete integration <br />of all understandings between the parties. No prior or <br />contemporaneous addition. deletion. or other amendment hereto <br />shall have any force or effect whatsoever unless embodied <br />herein in writing. No subsequent novation. renewal, addition. <br />deletion. or other amendment hereto except as provided for in <br />paragraph 9 above. shall have any force or effect unless <br />embodied in a written contract executed and approved pursuant <br />to the State fiscal rules. <br /> <br />Page 10 of ~ pages <br />
