In any action to enforce <br /> <br />any covenant, restriction or condition contained in these <br /> <br />restrictions, the prevailing party or parties may be awarded <br /> <br />reasonable attorney's fees. <br />, <br /> <br />314 Additional Remedv: In addition to the remedies <br /> <br />stated above, Declarant, the Homeowners Association or their <br /> <br />nominees, upon violation or breach ,of any covenant:- restriction <br /> <br />or condition contained in these protective covenants, may <br /> <br />enter upon any lot where.such violation or breach exists and <br /> <br />may abate or remove the thing. or condition causing the <br /> <br />violation or breach or may otherwise cure 'the violation or <br /> <br /> <br />breach4 The costs incurred shall be billed to and paid by <br /> <br />the owner of the. lot.
