P.E. <br />Director, CWCB <br /> <br />Recently, one of your shareholders, Rainbow park water Company (RPWC), <br />entered a contract with Colorado Water Conservation Board. As collateral, <br />RPWC put up three stock certificates representing 536 shares in Union Ditch <br />and Water Company. These are certificates #1557, 1656, and 3785 (copies <br />enclosed). <br /> <br />The shares are to be held as security for the term of the contract which is <br />30 years. We will notify you when the certificates are released as collateral <br />and returned to RPWC's possession. <br /> <br />This is to notify Union Ditch and water Company that these shares remain <br />under the name of RPWC onthe certificates and on your books, but we are <br />in physical possession.
