CWCB <br /> <br />Mr. Fayne Long, President <br />Rainbow Park Water Company <br />1029 East 5th Street <br />Florence, Colorado 81226 <br /> <br />Re: Rainbow Park Water Company Irrigation Project - Contract Number C-153707 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Long: <br /> <br />Paragraph A.1. b. of the project Contract between the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />and the Rainbow Park Water Company for the construction of the Rainbow Park Water Company <br />Irrigation Project dated November 17, 1995 requires the Company to contract for the construction <br />of the project with responsible and capable firms selected through competitive public bidding. <br />Furthermore, the CWCB must approve in writing all construction contracts before they become <br />effective. <br /> <br />My staff and I concur with the Company's decision on February 10, 1996 to select Patch <br />Construction Company of Florence, Colorado, to construct the Rainbow Park Water Company <br />Irrigation Project.
