ENGINEER DESIGNATED STAFF <br /> <br />The efficiency and quality of this project is directly related to the technical and <br />management experience of staff which Engineer makes available. Engineer agrees to make the <br />following staff available, to the extent controllable by Engineer, for activities to be performed <br />under this contract. STATE RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />State responsibilities under this contract include the following: <br />1. A CRDSS Project Manager, who will serve as the primary direct contact with Engineer; <br />2. Those activities which are tagged as State responsibility in Exhibit A, the Scope of <br />Services, except as provided in Exhibit A, the Engineer shall be entitled to rely upon <br />accuracy of data and information provided by the State or others designated by the State <br />without independent review or evaluation. <br /> <br />G. All payments due any subcontractors or <br />subconsultants shall be the sole responsibility of Engineer. Such subcontractors and <br />subconsultants shall have no claim, lien or course of action whatsoever against the State <br />because of Engineer's failure to make payments to any such subcontractors or subconsultants <br />for services rendered and expenses or other liabilities incurred by such subcontractors or <br />subconsultants. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />H. PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE <br /> <br />Engineer agrees to respect terms of software licenses acquired for use in CRDSS <br />development. All work products developed by Engineer, as outlined in Exhibit A, under <br />Deliverables, for use in and with CROSS, shall become the property of the State upon the <br />completion of this project. <br /> <br />Page 2 of li <br />01126101 <br />
