One (1) electronic copy of draft task memos and other draft written work products <br />specified in the Scope of Services that are provided to the State for review. <br /> <br />3. Two (2) paper copies and one (1) electronic copy (Word format on a 3 Y, inch floppy disk) <br />of any final written task memos or reports provided to the State. <br /> <br />4. The functional data sets and models resulting from the completion of tasks accompanied by <br />complete documentation. <br /> <br />Engineer will provide interim working papers, drafts, and other interim products as will <br />assure the State that the project is proceeding as intended. Engineer will be expected to fully <br />cooperate with the State in the review of draft materials. <br /> <br />All report, information, data, etc., given to or prepared or assembled by Engineer or <br />subcontractor or subconsultant under this contract shall not be made available to any individual <br />or organization by Engineer, or its subcontractors or subconsultants without the written approval <br />of the State. All work products produced in response to this contract will become the property of <br />the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />Any use of completed deliverables for other than the currently intended CRDSS project <br />purposes, including use ona non-CRDSS project, without specific written authorization from <br />Engineer will be at the State's sole risk. <br /> <br />The State has requested that certain information, data, and other deliverables are to be <br />provided in electronic or machine readable format, as more specifically described in the Scope of <br />Services (Exhibit A). Engineer shall not be liable for claims, liabilities, or losses arising out of <br />or connected with (1) modification or misuse by the State, or anyone authorized by the State, of <br />such deliverables; or (2) decline of accuracy or readability of such deliverables due to <br />inappropriate storage conditions or duration. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />01/26/01 <br />
