Development
toward providing adequate storage which would help alleviate
water supply problems both in quantity and timing has my full
support.

Further, to assist the Town in cementing an improved relationship
with the Farmer's Water Development Company, in which the Town is
a shareholder, I have agreed to act as a facilitator between the
Town, the Company and other community interests to seek Company
by-law revisions, operational guidelines and rate structures, and
basic community understandings to enhance water availability to
the Town.

I believe these steps by the Town demonstrate its resolute
tackling of the vital issues which the Town must resolve to
insure an adequate supply of treated water to the Norwood and
rural Wright's Mesa area.

KWK : j k
cc: June Estep /'
Bill GreenV'
Janice Sheftel

Sincerely,

)L____ J~'_1'~

Kenneth W.
