<br />, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The agreed upon mechanism for accessing the CWCB's share of Phase I is for the CWCB <br />to make a grant payment of $25,000 to the PRWCD, which is the formal cooperator with USGS <br />on Phase 1. To initiate the CWCB's payment, the PRWCD should make application to the <br />CWCB, and a contract between the CWCB and PRWCD will then be prepared.
