The study is now structured to be done in two phases, with the initial phase to <br />focus on analysis of existing data to estimate streamflow losses and to identify the need for any <br />additional data collection. Although we have indicted a start date of June 1994, we could begin <br />worle earlier if funding arrangements were in place. An earlier start would require some adjust- <br />ments in the funding needed in each year, but the total funding would not change. <br /> <br />If you have comments or questions about the proposal please call.
