The operation of <br />acquired or bettered with the <br /> <br />the project <br />proceeds; <br /> <br />or capital <br /> <br />improvement <br /> <br />b. Any other projects or improvements; <br /> <br />c. The available proc@eds of any sales tax, <br />other excise tax, or; <br /> <br />use tax, or <br /> <br />d. Any part or combin~tion of such sources. <br /> <br />~~6~_ln2~2iciel_B~~~n~~_~QnE2~ <br /> <br />Industrial reve~ue bonds may be issued as provided <br />Statute. <br /> <br />by Colorado <br /> <br />~~:}_~QnQ2_iQc_~Q~~iel_Qc_bQ~e~_1~QcQ~~~~ni2_~i2ici~i2~ <br /> <br />Subject to the approval of the owners of more than half of the <br />property in the area concerned the Council may, by ordinance, <br />contract for or construct speCial or local improvements within <br />specified districts of the City. The Council shall determine the <br />methods of assessing the cost Of these improvements. The Council <br />may provide a speCIal surplus ~nd -deficiency fund. This fund <br />shall provide separate a~coun~ing- for any surplus or deflciency <br />after the bonds for a district are completely paid. Any surplus <br />may be applied to any other sp@cial improvements. <br /> <br />In addition, in con~ideration of general benefits <br />conferred on the City at large from construction or installation <br />of improvements in special or locol improvements districts, for <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />8-8 <br />
