Water requirements by the crops (consumptive use, effective <br />rainfall, farm efficiency) and estimated conveyance shrinkage based on the <br />history of deliveries (diversion records), water requirements for recreation <br />purposes, all water rights owned (including priorities and yields) and any <br />agreements regarding the water rights. <br /> <br />6. Description of the plan of development, including the physical plan <br />(existing and proposed) which will be based on review of information from the <br />State Engineer's Office, a topographic survey of a section of the dam, and an <br />analysis of outlet works needs. Geotechnical investigations will include <br />drilling two exploratory borings to bedrock. Based on this background <br />information, a conceptual plan for the rehabilitation will be prepared. <br /> <br />7. Estimated costs for construction of the improvements. <br /> <br />8. Evaluation of Handy Reservoir Company's ability to repay funds <br />borrowed for the project based on production capabilities due to project <br />construction. <br /> <br />9. Financial program for repayment of funds provided by CWCB, including <br />a payout schedule showing principal and interest payments for each year in the <br />repayment period. <br /> <br />10. Ten copies of the feasibility report will be prepared. <br /> <br />It is estimated that the cost for preparing the Phase I Feasibility <br />Report will be approximately $12,000. The costs are detailed on the attached <br />table. <br /> <br />PHASE II - DESIGN REPORT, PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, BID OPENING <br /> <br />Phase II of our services will include the following: <br /> <br />*Preparation of a Design Report, Plans and Specifications. <br /> <br />*S~bmittal of Plans and Specifications to the State ~ngineer's Office <br />and working with that office to obtain the required approval. <br /> <br />*Preparation and supervision of the bid offering for the required <br />construction. <br /> <br />PHASE III - CONSTRUCTION RELATED ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />The scope of Phase III services will include the following: <br /> <br />*Contract administration <br />*Construction observation <br />*Final inspection <br />*Preparation of As-Built drawings <br />
