<br />CWCB Staff recommends that in addition to the AGUA loan being split between the two funds that <br />the 1 % origination fee in the amount of $9,608, or so much thereof, be disbursed from Fund 424. In <br />other words, Fund 490 should be disbursed in total before any funds are disbursed from Fund 424, <br />MC4 to cover this loan. <br /> <br />Attached for your review are the Board memos covering the above two loans. Copies of the Minutes <br />(Final July 2003 and Draft September 2003) have already been provided. Also attached is a copy of <br />my worksheet covering the current and projected status of Fund 490. <br /> <br />Please set up the Funding Authority accordingly to cover both of these loans approved by the <br />CWCB.
