Following are the details: 1. Lower Arkansas Water Management Association (LAWMA) has Loan Contract No. C153768 encumbered for $2.3 M. The loan was disbursed for $1,875.583.50. The Board approved this loan to be closed out in that amount and the remaining encumbrance for $424,416.50 to be reverted back to Fund 490. 2. LA WMA was approved for a new loan from Fund 490 for $2,272,500.00, which includes $2,250,000.00 for the project and $22,500.00 for the 1 % origination fee. 3. Arkansas Groundwater Users Association (AGUA) was approved for a new loan for $970,448.00, which includes $960,840.00 for the project and $9,608 for the 1% origination fee. An amount of approximately $761,327 would come from Fund 490 and the remaining amount of approximately $209,121 would come from Fund 424-, Appropriation MC4.
