All of the above will be furnished <br /> <br />by the Contractor, with the cost reimbursed by the State subject <br />to the terms of this contract. <br /> <br />The specific construction management services to be <br /> <br />performed by the Contractor pursuant to this contract include, <br /> <br />but are not necessarily limited to, the following: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
