'H '~''"~''\.!" ,,-",:rd <br /> <br />We have submitted a preliminary application for a CWCB loan to clean and reclaim the <br />Windsor Lake, also known as the Kern Reservoir. This reservoir is owned by the Kern <br />Reservoir and Ditch Company, and has hired Colby Haden, P,E., at Rocky Mountain <br />Consultants in Longmont to perform the required engineering.
