All Board m~mbers shall, with the exception of <br />Article IX, receive notice of COllllllittee meetings. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IX - CONFERENCE OR INDIVIDUAL TELEPHONE CALLS: <br />COMMITTEES <br /> <br />Meetings of the Executive Committee and Special Committees may <br />be held by conference or indivtdual telephone calls provided that <br />a majority of the corr~ittee so agrees and that the action, if any, <br />taken is presented for Board action either orally or by minutes at <br />the next Board meeting. <br /> <br />ARTICI.E X - SEAL <br /> <br />The Seal of the District shall consist of two concentric <br />circles within the word "SEAL" and the name of the District within <br />said circle. <br /> <br />ARTICLE Xl - AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />These By-Laws may be amel'lded by the affirmative vote of a <br />majority of the entire BoarQ of Directors. A copy of any <br />amendments to these By-Laws proposed to be made shall be mailed, <br />by the Secretary, to each membe~ of the Board of Directors not less <br />than ten days prior to the m~eting of the Board at which such <br />amendment is to be considered. <br />
