USE OF RENTALS: Lease payments pursuant hereto shall <br /> <br /> <br />be used to ~eep current any bond, note, loan, encumbrance or other <br /> <br /> <br />obligation incurred by the Rivet District for the development, <br /> <br /> <br />construction, operation and maintenance of the Reservoir, and any <br /> <br /> <br />refunding, extension or renewal thereof. Any portion of such lease <br /> <br /> <br />payments not needed for the foregoing may be used for other water <br /> <br /> <br />storage and diversion projects of the River District except as such <br /> <br /> <br />use may be restricted by any loatl agreement, assignment or security <br /> <br /> <br />aqreement.
