The feasibility report will include: <br /> <br />. A discussion of AGUA's organiwtional and financial status; <br />. A discussion of AGUA's Arkansas River replacement plan and estimated future <br />augmentation requirements; <br />. A discussion of the screening and detailed analysis of the three water rights <br />considered for purchase, as well as a recommendation for the amount of the rights <br />to purchase; <br />. A determination of AGUA's remaining augmentation requirements after purchase <br />of the rights; <br />. A description of a plan for repayment of money loaned from the Arkansas River <br />Augmentation Loan Account; and <br />. A discussion of how the use of the loaned money will meet the requirements of <br />HB 95-1155. <br /> <br />2 <br />
