<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t) ." .J <br /> <br />Task 19 - Final Report <br /> <br />The final result of the Western Slope Irrigated Acreage project will be a report that describes <br />the objectives, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions of the study. The report will be <br />structured as follows: <br />. Introduction - this will describe the study area, concerns and objectives for the project. <br /> <br />. Methods - This section will provide a detailed description of all the project methods with <br />justification as well as documentation and discussion of any deviation from the <br />proposed methods. <br /> <br />. Results - This section will provide a presentation of the results of the study including <br />tables and graphics showing breakdowns of irrigated acreage, crop types and divisions. <br /> <br />. Discussion - This section will explain how the results were interpreted and the logic to <br />reach the conclusions. <br /> <br />. Conclusions - This final section will state the conclusions regarding the work and <br />results. The intent of this document will be to provide the information necessary to <br />guide similar future mapping and classification projects. <br /> <br />Deliverable to State: <br />3 copies of the Final Report, including a digital copy of the final report in <br />MS Word format. <br /> <br />Task 20 - Project Management <br /> <br />Project management addresses project setup, staff training, and training documentation, <br />project tracking, resource tracking, reporting on project progress, coordination of sub- <br />contractors and deliverables to the State, writing data to CDROM for delivery to State, and <br />Client support through phone calls and emails. Other costs included under project <br />management are travel costs associated with progress meetings with the State and <br />coordination meetings with sub-contractors, shipping costs for data or documents sent to <br />State, water commissioner's or sub-contractors. <br /> <br />Deliverables to State: <br /> <br />Weekly/Monthly Project Progress Reports - Weekly and Monthly project <br />progress reports will be delivered to the State in hard copy and MS Word <br />format. <br /> <br />Training documentation. <br /> <br />Page 23 <br />
