Construction Fund - Non-Reimbursable Construction Projects and Investigations- Colorado Climate Center - Colorado Collaborative Rain and Hail Study Tape 3, Start/Stop: 3909 - 4500 Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn that the Board accept the staff recommendation to become a member of the Colorado Collaborative Rain and Hail Study by allocating up to $10,000 from any funds that may be available from the Operational Account of the Severance Tax Trust Fund in either FY 1999 or FY 2000, with the funds to go directly to the Colorado Climate Center. The motion was seconded by Patricia Wells and approved unanimously (8-0). 16e. A motion was made by Patricia Wells that the Board recommend the applicants prepare a more detailed application for consideration in FY 2000-200 1, for an amount up to $200,000, and within the limits of the Bill in this fiscal year period. The motion was seconded by Bill Brown and approved unanimously (8-0). 16g.
