If the Authority is to complete the <br />master plan within 5 years, the assistance of the CWCB is needed along with the <br />continued support of EI Paso County, <br /> <br />I will attend the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) meeting on 28 January 1999, <br />to be held as a part of the Colorado Water Congress annual meeting at the Holiday Inn in <br />Northglenn.
