<br />. <br /> <br />- . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approach and Deliverables: <br /> <br />Task 51.1 Progress Reports <br />. Consultant will provide monthly progress reports. These will include work activity <br />descriptions, task summaries, and a project summary. <br /> <br />. The Work Activity Description will describe work accomplished the previous month for <br />each Task presented in Table 1 of this Phase 1 Scope of Work. The Task Summary will <br />describe the budget, costs to date, percent spent, percent complete, and estimated cost to <br />complete. The Project Summary will describe any technical, budget and schedule concerns <br />and proposed corrective actions for the Project. <br /> <br />Task 51.2 Task 51.2 Invoicing <br /> <br />. Consultant will prepare monthly invoices that correspond to the activities described in the <br />progress reports. The invoices will include billing by person with their rate and hours, by <br />Task. The other direct costs and a summary of retainage (retainage this period and total <br />retainage to date) will also be included. <br /> <br />Task 51.3 SPDSS Coordination Meetings <br /> <br />. Prepare for and attend 12 monthly SPDSS Coordination Meetings with the State. Each <br />meeting is expected to consist of a half-day session at the contractors office in Denver and <br />include discussion of progress, budget, schedule and activities expected to occur in the <br />next month. <br /> <br />Task 51.3 Task 51.4 Phase 2 Scope of Work <br /> <br />. Develop a phase 2 scope of work based on the feasibility study and based on the <br />information and experience obtained during the execution of the Phase 1 scope.
