We do not see this as a dam safety issue as no excavation will be below the natural <br />lake bed elevation and no excavation will be in the dam foundation. The subgTade in any areas near <br />the dam, where silt is removed, will be compacted to enSUTe the disturbance does not increase the <br />potential fOT seepage from the reservoir. <br /> <br />Please review the information presented and advise us if you need any additional information.
