The engineer shall <br />endeavor to guard against defects and deficiencies in the construction <br />of the dam, and shall disapprove or reject work failing to conform to <br />the approved plans and specifications; <br /> <br />9.C.(3) Periodic tests shall be taken and inspections made. <br />Periodic progress reports shall be submitted as requested by the State <br />Engineer. The engineer, shall compile a record of 'all tests con- <br />ducted, and any problems and remedies, for submittal to the State <br />Engineer at the end of construction; . <br /> <br />9.C.
