WHEREAS, authority exists in the Law and Funds have been budgeted, appropriated and otherwise made

WHEREAS, required approval, clearance and coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate
agencies: IInd

WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor d.ld 0(1 November 15, 1980,
enter into a contract for State partICipation in the Silt water
supply project for the benefit of the residents of the Town of
SiLt, which contrdct is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and 15
hereby incorporated heretn; and

WHEREAS, the parties agrt::eIng thdt it is in the interest of
both parties to amend paragraph A.2. of said co~tract as Is
indicated below; and

WHEREAS, the Sti:Jte is dssured repdj'ment of funds expended by it
by the ownership or t~e portIons of the project described below:

NOW THEREFORE, both parties agree to amend pdragraph A.2. to
read (ts follows:

a. 803 linear feet of 14-inch ACP Class 200 water mdin,
telemetering cable, and appurtendnt constructIon Locdted on
Sill Mesd, north of the Town of Slltj dnd

b. AI' 800,OOO-gallon welded steel tank wit~ dppurtenances
located on Silt Mesa in the Mdzuchi addltion to the town.
