Copy of the recorded Special Warranty Deed from Caryl R. Carroll to the Carroll <br />Davidson Partnership, Ltd., dated October 1, 1996. Highlighted portion provides <br />that the Carroll Davidson Partnership, Ltd., assumes and agrees to pay the <br />indebtedness of Contract No. C-153682, as required by your office; <br />b. Copy of Colorado Certificate of Good Standing - Carroll Davidson Partnership, <br />Ltd.; <br />c.
