Request was made to remove The U.S.A. acting through the Farmers
Home Administration, Second Mortgagee, and Robert R. Foss, Equity
Owner from certificate 3543. Certificate 3543, a copy of the
death certificate of Robert R. Foss, a release of deed of trust,
properly executed slip assignments and payment of the transfer
fee were presented as evidence for the transfer of eleven shares
of capital stock to The Federal Land Bank of Wichita, Mortgagee;
and Lona Elaine Foss, Equity Owner. A motion was made to execute
the transfer as requested. Motion carried,

Certificate 3222, properly executed slip assignments and payment
of the transfer fee were presented as evidence for the transfer
of four shares of capital. stock from The.Federal Land Bank of
Wichita, Mortgagee, Claude T. Cecil and Melva A.: Cecil, as Joint
Tenants with the right of survivorship and not. t:e.nants in common,
Equity Owners to The Public Trustee of Weld County for the use of
Claude T. Cecil and Melva A. Cecil, Mortgagees; and James E.
Christiansen, Equity Owners. Motion made to l;!xecute the transfer
as requested. Motion seconded and carried.:

of two shares of capital stock from JameiE. Christiansen to
Claude T. Cecil and Melva A. Cecil, in joint. tenancy. Motion

Robert Oschner and Kenton Brunner, as representatives of the Lake
Canal Company, met with the Board of Directors during lunch to
discuss the possibility of an operational merger between the Lake
Canal Company, The Cache La Poudre Reservoir Company and The New
Cache La Poudre Irrigating Company. The Lake Canal Company
representatives were encourage to pursue the details of this idea
further with their Board of Directors.
