Minutes of the January 9, 1991 annual meeting.were reviewed. . . ~ , Financial report was approved as presented a!ld. a motion made to pay all bills current and incoming. Motion carried. Request was made to transfer one share of capital stock from The Public Trustee of Weld County, Colorado, ,'~or the use of the Federal Land Bank of Wichita, and William C."'Hann and Angela J. Hann, Equity Owner.s to Judy A stevens and 'Regan. R. Romero. Certifitate 3186, a release of deed of trust, properly executed slip assignments, payment funds due on the delinquent account and payment of the transfer fee were presented as evidence for this transfer. Motion vas made to execute the transfer as requested. Motion seconded and carried. I i . Certificate 3846, properly executed slip' assignment and payment of the transfer fee were presented as evidence for the transfer of four shares of capital stock from Noffsinger Manufacturing Company, Inc., a Colorado Corporation to Eastman Kodak.Company, a New Jersey Corporation. A motion was made. to execute the transfer as requested. Motion seconded and carried. Robert Norr is has made request for transfer of four shares of capital stock.
