Reclamation); 43 U.S.C. 1592(c) (Colorado River Basin Salinity Control): The Food security Act of 1985, Public Law 99~198; Federal
Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996, public Law 104-127 and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Furnishing
information is voluntary and will be confidential; however, it is necessary in order to receive assistance.
