This opinion relates only the the materials examined and <br />in nowise purports to cover the surface and mineral estates of <br />the lands being purchased by you. <br /> <br />You should understand that the water rights assigned to you <br />are for utilization in the propagation and development of fish <br />only and therefore, they are non-consumptive rights which cannot <br />be utilized for other than piscatorial purposes. <br /> <br />I am returning the materials which you furnished me to you <br />at this time.
