A staff review committee has <br />discussed your application with the Executive Committee of the Colorado River Water Conservation <br />District's Board of Directors. The Executive Committee will be recommending to the Board of <br />Directors that your project not receive funding. The Board of Directors will make the final funding <br />decision at its meeting in April. You will be notified by mail of the Board's final decision. <br /> <br />You are invited to attend the Board's meeting should you want to address the Board in <br />regards to your application. The meeting will be held on April 15 and 16,2003, at the Hotel <br />Colorado in Glenwood Springs.
