The firm of Van Schooneveld and Co., a partnership, was formed in 1962, Jack
C. Schroeder, the current president, became a partner in 1972. Van Schooneveld
and Co., Inc., a professional corporation, was formed in 1975 and in 1978, two
additional principals, Larry R. Beardsley and Richard M. Carlson, were admitted,
