" EXHIBIT B C E R T I F'I CAT E Pursuant to t.he' provisions of C,.R.S., 24-30-1401, et ~., the Contractor h~reby certifies and verifies as follows: The wage rates a,nd other factual unit costs supporting the compensation to be paid by the state agency for the professional services accurate, complete" and are current at the time of contracting. In the event that the state determines that the contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete or noncurrent wage rates or other factual unit costs, then the original contract 2rice shall be adjusted to exclude any si.gnificant sums which reflect said increase. All such contr~ct adjustrnen~s shall be made within one year following the end of the contract. The Contractor warrants that he has not employed or retained any company o~ person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for him, to solicit or secure this contract and that h~ has not paid or agreed to pay any person, company, corporation, individual- or firm, other than a bona fide employee working solely for him, any fee, commission, .'percentage, gift, or other consid- eration contingent upon or resulting from the award or the making of this contract. Upon any violation of this provision, the state shall have the right to terminate this contract without liability and, at its discretion, to deduct from the. contract price, or otherwise recover, the full amount of such fee, commission, percentage, or consideration.
