Formulate alternative configurations of the project encompassing the range
of practical combinations of various sizes of Cactus' Park Reservoir, or other
selected replacement reservoir in the Surface Creek basin, and the transbasin
import system from the Muddy Creek basin.

2. Prepare appraisal level cost estimates ~f the selected alternative project
plans, and evaluate the alternatives with regard to relative feasibility and
practicality.

PRODUCTS:

1. Descriptions of alternative project plans using both Surface Creek suppli'es
obtained by means of improved system- management and the GM WeD
conditional rights. and 'water imported from Muddy Creek by means of
enlargement and extension of the Ove:rland Ditch and Reservoir. system.

2. Tabulation of the comparative costs and feasibility of the alternative project
plans.

1l-19

/
