<br />COME NOW the Petitioners in the above-captioned District and move
<br />this Court to enter an Order pursuant to C. R.S., ~37-45-114, to appoint
<br />the following men as directors of the above-captioned District:

<br />The above-named men are long-time residents of the Paradox Valley
<br />and owners of real property within the District. These men were propo-
<br />nents of the District and have an interest in repairing the Buckeye Reser-
<br />voir and assuring water quality an.:l availability in the Paradox Valley. '
<br />
<br />WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that the above-named persons be
<br />appointed to the Board of Directors of the Paradox Valley Water
<br />Conservancy District, the first three persons for terms of one year and
<br />the last two persons for terms of twO years from the date of appointment.
