<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br /> <br />PARADOX VALLEY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONTRACT AND <br />AUTHORIZE SIGNATURE OF SAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Paradox Valley Water Conservancy District is about to <br />enter into a contract with the Colorado Department of Natural Resources <br />(Colorado Water Conservation Board) to cause repairs to and improvements <br />of the Buckeye Reservoir; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Paradox Valley Water <br />Conservancy District has approved as to form, and subject to an attor- <br />ney's opinion letter, by these presents does approve the proposed <br />Contract No. 34-04-00, dated August 15, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of <br />the Paradox Valley Water Conservancy District that the proposed contract <br />between the Colorado Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board) and said District, as attached hereto, be approved as <br />to form, and the President of the District and the Secretary attesting <br />thereto are authorized to execute the above Resolution and Agreement <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br />Adopted this ~ day of September, 1985. <br /> <br />PARADOX VALLEY WATER <br />CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />dLPq~ <br />Clint Ullver, ecretary <br />
