At the request of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, Tasks 3 through 11 of the scope of services have been <br />fomatted in accordance with the ewCB outline for feasiblity study reports as <br />shown in the ewCB Guidelines. <br /> <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />The feaSibility reports wi.ll be prefctced by the following infonuation, most of <br />which will be gen~rated by work performed under task 2. <br /> <br />- Title page <br />- Letter of Transmittal <br />- Resolution of Applying Organization <br />- Table.of Contents <br />- List of Maps and Exhibits <br />- List of References <br />- Proj ect SlIIIIIIary <br />- Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> <br />Tasle 1 - Project Procedures Manual <br />Prior to starting on any worle on this Contract, the Project Manager shall <br />prepare a Project Procedures Manual in accordance with MKE policy. The <br />procedures manual shall describe the work program, project organization, <br />communications, administration and accounting..
