The Directors of the District met today and <br />authorized execution of these Contracts. The Directors <br />expressed some reservation regarding the liability <br />insurance required under paragraph 7. of the $75,000.00 <br />project contract. ObviouslY, if the insurance premium <br />for the liability coverage is prohibitive, the District <br />is going to be unable to afford the same. Furthermore, <br />at this point we have not been able to obtain insurance <br />and we understand there is a good possibility that it may <br />be impossible to obtain. Language to this effect is <br />being recorded in the minutes of the District's meeting. <br />We want you to be aware of the Directors' concern <br />regarding the insurance contingency. <br /> <br />Also enclosed with this letter is an Attorney's <br />Opinion Letter regarding the District's authority to <br />enter into the enclosed Contracts. <br /> <br />will you please see to it that the loan proceeds to <br />this District receives your immediate attention.
