On April 30, 1973, the Court of Water Division <br />No.1 entered ~ decree perfecting the district's interest <br />in 28 GPM for Well No. 1 as of September 14, 1964. <br /> <br />2. Well No.2 - (Well Permit No. 020143-F) standby well, located in the <br />SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 36, T 5 S, R 72 W, of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian. <br /> <br />3. Well No.3 - (Well Permit NO. 015828-F) capped, non-producing. Loca- <br />ted in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, T 5 S, <br />R 72 W of the 6th Principal Meridian. <br /> <br />4. Well No.4 - (Well Permit No. 10610-RF) located in the SE 1/4 of the <br />SE 1/4 of Section 30, T 5 S, R 71 W of the 6th Principal <br />Meri~ian. <br /> <br />-26- <br />
