The water rights will be transferred to the existing four wells owned

by the district plus any other future wells to be developed by the district

in order to reach the full utilization of its water rights potential. The

inventory of the existing four wells is as follows:

1. Well No.1 - (Well Permit No. 10610-F) located in the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 29, T 5 S, R 71 W of the 6th Principal
Meridian. On April 30, 1973, the Court of Water Division
No.1 entered ~ decree perfecting the district's interest
in 28 GPM for Well No. 1 as of September 14, 1964.

2. Well No.2 - (Well Permit No. 020143-F) standby well, located in the
SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 36, T 5 S, R 72 W, of the 6th
Principal Meridian.

3. Well No.3 - (Well Permit NO. 015828-F) capped, non-producing. Loca-
ted in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, T 5 S,
R 72 W of the 6th Principal Meridian.

4. Well No.4 - (Well Permit No. 10610-RF) located in the SE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 30, T 5 S, R 71 W of the 6th Principal
Meri~ian.
