The 1986 report Indicates this may be required, however, ,the 1988 report makes no mention of the abutment seepage. Also,' we do not belleve the Information concerning the need to remove the upper 50 feet of the dam and did not Include this In the cost analysis listed above, Due to' the questions not answered by the previous two' studies, we recommend the Trlnchera Irrigation Company request project funding through the Colorado Water Conservation Board for a total project cost of $1,000.000, PROJECT SCHEDULE Attached. 'at the end of this report Is a project schedule which was developed assuming construction will begin In September 1993. This will provide a schedule which shows the latest date the Feasibility Study and final engineer- Ing design can take place and still start construction In 1993.
