The 1986 report Indicates this may be required, <br />however, ,the 1988 report makes no mention of the abutment seepage. Also,' we <br />do not belleve the Information concerning the need to remove the upper 50 feet <br />of the dam and did not Include this In the cost analysis listed above, <br /> <br />Due to' the questions not answered by the previous two' studies, we <br />recommend the Trlnchera Irrigation Company request project funding through the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board for a total project cost of $1,000.000, <br /> <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Attached. 'at the end of this report Is a project schedule which was <br />developed assuming construction will begin In September 1993.
